APPOINTMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS (SHORT VERSION)

By booking an appointment and/or submitting a deposit, the client agrees to the following policies:

  • 1. Booking & Deposit

  • All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  • Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours in advance; your deposit will transfer to the new date.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will require a new deposit.

  • If the artist cancels, your deposit will be refunded.

  • 2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • First-time clients who cancel late or no-show must pay the full remaining balance within 48 hours.

  • Returning clients must pay 50% of the remaining balance.

  • Failure to pay may result in being blacklisted or sent to debt collection.

  • To reschedule or cancel, use the link in your confirmation email.

  • 3. Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving 20+ minutes late may forfeit their appointment and deposit.

  • Services may be adjusted to fit the remaining time.

  • Please notify the artist as soon as possible if you’re running late.

  • 4. Regular Client Policy

  • Clients who attend 3+ consecutive appointments are considered regulars.

  • Regulars may be offered more flexibility but must still provide 48 hours' notice for changes.

  • 5. Payment

  • Payments are accepted via Tikkie or cash.

  • No change is provided for cash payments—please bring the exact amount.

  • The closest ATM is located at Albert Heijn, Columbuskwartier.

  • Squeeze-in appointments (outside regular hours) incur a €20 surcharge, payable in advance.

  • 6. Service Guarantee

  • All services come with a 5-day guarantee for repairs (lifting, chipping, charm loss).

  • After 5 days, repairs will be charged per nail.

  • If you notice lifting or damage within the guarantee window, contact the artist immediately to avoid further issues.

  • Enhancements are considered decorative and should be treated like jewelry, not tools.

  • 7. Hygiene & Conduct

  • No additional guests unless pre-approved (e.g. caregiver or translator).

  • No pets allowed.

  • During the appointment, hands must remain clean and dry. Avoid touching your face, hair, food, or applying creams/oils.

  • The artist is not liable for compromised results due to client hygiene during the session.

  • The appointment may be terminated without refund in cases of abuse, harassment, or repeated policy violations.

  • 8. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services.

  • If there’s an issue, the artist is open to discussing fair solutions at their discretion.
