Siobhán was born in Suriname to Caribbean parents from Curaçao and Guyana. She moved to the Netherlands at age 10 and later attended art school as a teenager. Creativity and beauty have always been at the core of her world—from bold makeup looks to experimenting with style and self-expression.

In 2022, after leaving a 5-year job to focus on her studies and recover from a stressful period in her life, she started doing nails as a way to pass the time. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a passion. With a love for both art and beauty, she found the perfect way to merge the two—and that’s how ICY CUTICLES was born.

Since then, her work has been featured in Vogue Portugal, she’s created custom press-ons for PinkPantheress, done Lil Yachty’s nails multiple times, hosted her own stand at entrepreneurship fairs, and continued to grow her business through creativity, community, and pure love for the craft.
